Proactive Performance Coaching

Technology is constantly changing and electric cooperative employees must be able to adapt their habits quickly to keep up. An unengaged workforce is a detriment to productivity. Jack Yeager, a former Army Ranger with a PHD in Psychology has worked with everyone from CEOs to first line managers at over 50 electric cooperatives to help implement proactive management practices.
