2020 NRECA Annual Meeting and the TechAdvantage® Experience
March 1-4, 2020 | New Orleans, LA
Stand Apart from the Crowd…
Increase your exposure to electric cooperative decision-makers through a sponsorship at the 2020 Annual Meeting and the TechAdvantage® Experience. Our sponsorship packages offer new companies an opportunity to introduce themselves, and returning companies an opportunity to reinforce their message, and increase brand awareness.
Commitment Deadlines and Availability
A completed sponsorship commitment form must be received by Friday, January 24, 2020 in order to secure sponsorship benefits as detailed above (unless otherwise noted).
Given production schedules for publications, signage and other sponsorship acknowledgements, it is extremely important to adhere to the above posted deadline(s).
While we will make every effort to provide sponsorship benefits as described here, the final details of sponsorships are subject to change. In the event that a sponsorship benefit becomes unavailable, services or products of equal or greater value will be provided. Sponsors will be notified of any changes.
Receipt of Benefits
Sponsorship invoices will be sent electronically no later than 3 business days after confirmation of benefits. Invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving any of the outlined benefits associated with your sponsorship package.
Request for sponsorship cancellation must be made in writing no later than 60 days prior to the official event start date, as stated above. All cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
