The Technology Showcase consists of two parts:

• A two-dimensional poster display that is visually engaging—incorporating images such as graphs, maps or other illustrations—with concise textual support. Most importantly, the poster is technical and may stand alone without the need for explanation. 
  
• A thirty minute session for exhibitors to flesh out the visual aspect of their posters and engage the audience by answering questions and holding a dialog. Since the Technology Showcase poster sessions are intended to provide an intimate forum for exchange, we ask that all exhibitors “man” their poster during this designated time.

Benefit to Attendees:
During the Technology Showcase poster sessions, you will have the opportunity to learn about the technical aspects of a new solution or product offering and ask questions of exhibitors in an open and casual setting.  Each aisle of posters will be designated to a particular category of products or services that align with members’ current priorities, making it easy for you to peruse information of particular interest to you. 

On Saturday, February 14, each exhibiting company will be available at their poster to answer your questions on the spot. The posters will also be on display throughout the weekend for you to explore at your leisure. 

Benefit to Exhibitors:
The Technology Showcase poster sessions offers you an exclusive opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise about your company’s new technology, product and/or service to TechAdvantage Conference attendees and other electric cooperative professionals. As a participant, you will have the attention of the technical staff, CEOs, directors, finance and marketing staff—the decision-makers who recommend and authorize procurement at co-ops.  The intention of the posters is to ignite the interest of attendees and stimulate more dialogue with them at your booth.

The poster sessions offer a great opportunity by providing a second platform to build awareness around your product or offering.
