Selection Criteria & Notification
Call for Posters: OPEN!
August 27, 2008 – September 30, 2008
If you would like to participate in the Technology Showcase poster sessions, you must submit an abstract via our online submission form.
All abstracts must be submitted before September 30, 2008. Once the call for posters completes, all abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Techadvantage Conference advisory group.
Selection Criteria
Selections for the Technology Showcase Poster Sessions are based on relevance:
- Does the presentation match the Tracks outlined in the submission form?
- Does it provide a representative sample of the technology, application, product and/or service Track?
- All proposals will also be reviewed for quality, originality, relevance and innovation—real-life application or case studies at a co-op are a plus.
Notification
Notification of acceptance or decline will occur within six weeks of the submission deadline. You will receive a notice via email and/or phone to the individual listed as the primary author. At that time, it is the primary author’s responsibility to communicate the decision with other people on his/her team.
If your abstract is accepted, please follow the guidelines and additional instructions sent by NRECA in order to ensure a successful poster session. |
