How to Reserve Booth Space

  1. Review the interactive floor plan. Available spaces are highlighted in blue.
  2. Complete the online exhibit space request form.
  3. You will receive confirmation of your booth assignment within 24 hours.

Space cost is $29.00 per square foot. Booths are 10′ x 10′ unless otherwise noted.

Exhibit space rental includes:

  • Back and side dividing pipe and drape
  • Booth sign on white card stock (about 44″) with company name and booth number
  • Badges for people staffing your exhibit
  • Listing in the onsite *Show Directory and on the show website
    (*must submit exhibitor listing by early January 2017)

Items such as booth carpet, furniture, electrical service, etc., are an additional charge. Prices and order forms for these items will be included in the Exhibitor Manual which will be available in November 2016.
