TechAdvantage® 2018 invites you to submit a proposal for presentation during the Conference, which will be held in the Nashville Music City Center, Nashville, TN, February 25 – 28, 2018. This is an unparalleled opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with key electric cooperative CEOs and professionals in engineering, operations, IT, supply management and energy services.

Key Submission Dates

  • July 27, 2017, 5:00 p.m. EST  – Last Day to Submit a Proposal
  • July 28 – September 18, 2017 – Proposal Review by Planning Committee
  • [Approximately] October 1, 2017 – Proposal Acceptance Notifications

 

Tracks and Topics

A broad range of tracks and topics will be offered at TechAdvantage® 2018. The program advisory group has identified the following interest areas from recent surveys conducted in the electric cooperative engineering, operations, IT and supply management communities in addition to topic suggestions provided in the 2017 conference evaluations.

Each topic is accompanied by brief descriptive bullets/objectives of the content we are looking for and how we want the session framed. Proposals will be evaluated based on how closely they follow the objectives provided so be sure to click the Full List of Topics below before submitting your proposal.

Conference Sessions

Conference sessions will run either 30, 60 or 75 minutes. Session length, and time allotment for individual presentations, will be determined once the proposal review and selection process is complete. It is possible that proposals will be accepted and combined for 60 and 75-minute sessions.

NOTE: 30-minute Technovation sessions will be held in the TechAdvantage® Expo and should be focused on Vendor/Cooperative case studies.
