Q: Where is TechAdvantage 2008?
A: TechAdvantage 2008 is at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.

Q: What is the event schedule?
A:

  • February 21-23: Conference
  • February 22-25: Expo
  • February 23: Technology Showcase

Q: Are there pre-conference workshops?
A: Pre-conference workshops are scheduled for Tuesday, February 19, and Wednesday, February 20, at the Hilton Anaheim.

Q: Is there anything first-time attendees should know?
A: There will be a first-time attendee orientation and welcome reception, Wednesday, February 20.

Q: When does registration open?
A: Registration for the TechAdvantage 2008 Conference will be open in mid-October 2007. At that time you will have three ways in which you can register: online(preferred method), by fax or mail.

Q: Is a discount available for co-ops that have a few people attending?
A: Yes, if a co-op has three or more people who wish to attend, the AdvantagePak offers more than 25 percent in savings for each registrant. A minimum of three employees from the same co-op must register at the same time to receive the AdvantagePak rate. The AdvantagePak is available only to NRECA members; early-bird rate and other discounts do not apply to the AdvantagePak.

Q: Does TechAdvantage 2008 follow the same format as 2007?
A: Yes, like 2007 there are three educational tracks for IT, E&O and Supply Chain professionals. Cross-track attendance at breakouts and general sessions is encouraged.
