Conference Registration Fees

Conference registration includes conference materials, general and breakout sessions, TechAdvantage Expo and Expo functions, energy breaks, Wednesday evening reception and Technology Showcase. Pre-conference workshop fees are an additional charge (see fees below).

Student/Intern Registration

Applies only to individuals enrolled full-or part-time in a community college, four-year college or university, technical college or trade school. Individuals employed by an electric co-op are not eligible for the student fee

Spouse/Guest Registration

There is no fee for spouses and guests. Badges are required for admittance to the TechAdvantage Expo for all individuals. You may register online now! Or pick up a guest badge at the TechAdvantage registration.

Badges

New for TechAdvantage 2012 – Scan and Go!

Once you have registered for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email which contains a bar code. To make your registration experience easier, bring your emailed confirmation with bar code to the registration area in Hall D at the San Diego Convention Center where we will have Scan and Go counters set up. Scan the bar code and print your name badge along with any other ticketed item(s) that you selected.

For security reasons, it is required that conference participants wear their badges at all times while participating in conference and expo events. Badges will be mailed to all individuals who register by January 31, 2012. If you register after this date, you must pick up your badge onsite. Registration will be located in the San Diego Convention Center.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for all registration fees will be made for cancellations received in writing by February 22, 2012. Cancellations received after February 22, 2012 and before March 5, 2012 will be processed minus at $175 cancellation fee. Individuals failing to cancel before the start of the event (March 6, 2012) and no-shows are responsible for paying the full registration and applicable pre-conference workshop fees. Photography/Image Agreement

By executing and submitting the Registration form, you acknowledge that you are authorized to agree to its terms on behalf of (1) yourself, (2) your employer or the entity on whose behalf you are registering, and (3) each of the individuals you are registering listed on the Registration form who are not minors (collectively "Registrants"). Registrants agree to allow NRECA to take and publish Registrants' likeness using still photograph or motion video ("Images") for use in the promotion of electric cooperatives, NRECA, and/or its affiliates in NRECA's sole discretion. Registrants grant NRECA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual (for the duration of the applicable copyright) license to copy, crop, alter, touch up, edit, publish, display and distribute Images in whole or in part on basis, to use the Images without limitation in displays, print or electronic publications, advertisements, and web sites, and without prior notification or any compensation.
